<br />IISection 30.108 Any deed of conveyance, sale or <br /> <br />contract to sell made contrary to the provisions of this <br /> <br />article concerning subdivisions of four or less lots is <br /> <br />voidable at the sole option of the grantee, buyer or person <br /> <br />contracting to purchase, his heirs, personal representative, <br /> <br />or trustee in insolvency or bankruptcy within one year <br /> <br />after the date of execution of the deed of conveyance, sale <br /> <br />or contract to sell." <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Section 30.9 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 30.9 Upon receipt of the Commission's report <br /> <br />the Council may grant the exception subject .to such condi- <br /> <br />tions as the Council deems necessary to substantially secure <br /> <br />the objectives of this chapter." <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Section 30.91 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IIsection 30.91 The Council shall hold a hearing on <br /> <br />the appeal within 40 days after its filing with the Clerk. <br /> <br />The time and place of the hearing shall be set by the City <br /> <br />Clerk and notice shall be mailed to the subdivider at least <br /> <br />seven days prior to the date of hearing. The hearing may <br /> <br />be continued from time to time. <br /> <br />"Upon the hearing of the appeal, the Council may over- <br /> <br />rule or modify the decision, determination or requirement <br /> <br />appealed from and enter any such order or orders as are in <br /> <br />harmony with the spirit and purpose of this chapter and <br /> <br />such disposition of the appeal shall be final." <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
