<br />6.28 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007 <br />TRANSPORTATION (MEASURE A) FUNDS FOR THE ROADWAY <br />MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 14721 <br />approving its Fiscal Year 2006-2007 budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Services Department is requesting <br />additional funding in the amount of Five Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Thirteen and No/100 Dollars ($567,713.00) for the Proposition No. 42 grant <br />funds into the City's Pavement Management Program; and <br />"//BEREAS, the State of California Controller's Office granted the same amount; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VFD BY THE COlH~~CIL Of: THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br />1. The Finance Director shall establish an appropriation in the amount of <br />$567,713.00 representing anticipated grant revenue and shall include said revenue in <br />the Pavement Management Program fund. <br />2. The following stated amount is hereby added as an anticipated grant <br />revenue into the P~:r~'8;nel\t M<inagerrlBnt Program budget for appropriation as foUows: <br />Amount Account Number <br />$567,713.00 265-70463 <br />3.
