" (b) Pursuant to Section 5022.1, et seg., of the Government Code of the State of California, the 'National Electrical Code, 1962 Edition,' a publication of the National Board of Fire Underwriters, is hereby adop'ted as a secondary code and a part of the Electrical Code of 'the City of Redwood City and its provisions shall be applicable within the City of Redwood City to the same extent as if published in full herein. IlSection ll.2l The City Clerk shall maintain three copies of the codes adopted by Section ll.20 on file and available for public inspection at all times. "Section 11.22 The following terms appearing in the Electrical Code as adopted by subsection (a) of Section 11.20 shall have the respective meanings herein specified: It (a) 'County of San Ivla"teo' shall ,',lean I City of Red\vood City. I "(b) 'Board of Supervisors I shall mean 'City Council.' " (c) 'Building Inspec"tor,' IElec'trical Inspector, I and 'Superintendent of Building Inspection' shall mean 'Cit.y Building Inspector.' \I (d) 'County Hanager' shall mean 'City Iv1anager. ' " (e) 'Unincorporated Area' s~'lall mean 'Incorporated Area of the City.' "Section ll.23 To the extent necessary, the duties of the Board of Electrical Examiners shall be performed by the Board of Building Review. Any person holding a valid Plant Electrical Certificate of Competency issued by the County Board of Electrical Examiners may file a copy of said certi- ficate with the Building Inspector and shall not be obligated to secure a separate certificate!::co..lthe City of ';ledwood City."
