<br />SECTION 11. Section 2.41.5 is hereby added to the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />ItSection 2.4l.5 <br /> <br />A special fund to be known as the <br /> <br />'Assessment District Revolving Fund' is hereby established. <br /> <br />All monies allocated to said fund shall be expended solely <br /> <br />for the payment of the costs and expenses of expert personal <br /> <br />services of an engineering, appraisal, property acquisition <br /> <br />and legal nature and for the acquisition of property neces- <br /> <br />sary or convenient for the completion of public works and <br /> <br />improvements within assessment districts pending the forma- <br /> <br />tion of, and sale of bonds by, such assessment districts <br /> <br />as are authorized to be instituted by the Council. All <br /> <br />amounts paid from said fund shall be reimbursed to it by <br /> <br />the particular special assessment district benefited at <br /> <br />such time as funds are available through the sale of bonds <br /> <br />by the benefited district. II <br /> <br />SECTION 12. section 32.27 is hereby added to the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />ItSection 32.27 <br /> <br />All revenues received by the City <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be <br /> <br />deposited and paid into the General Fund of the City.1I <br /> <br />SECTION 13. Section 32.8 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 32.8 <br /> <br />All revenues received by the City <br /> <br />from the levy of the taxes imposed by this article shall <br /> <br />be deposited and paid into the General Fund of the City <br /> <br />subject to the following provisions: <br /> <br />tt(a) On or before June 30th of each year the City <br />Auditor shall transfer from the General Fund to <br />the Sales Tax capital Outlay Fund an amount equal <br /> <br />-5- <br />
