<br />SECTION 3. Section 20.131 is hereby added to the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 20.13l <br /> <br />Rate and time schedules for all <br /> <br />parking meter zones shall be as established by this section. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit any <br /> <br />vehicle to remain standing for a period in excess of the <br /> <br />period specified in the applicable schedule. <br /> <br />"SCHEDULE A <br /> <br />"Rate: One cent for each 12 minutes. <br /> <br />IIMaximum Parking Period: One hour. <br /> <br />IISCHEDULE B <br /> <br />"Ra te: One cent for each 12 minu te s . <br /> <br />IIMaximum Parking period: Two hours. <br /> <br />" SCHEDULE C <br /> <br />"Rate: One cen't for each 12 minutes. <br /> <br />IIMaximum Parking Period: 36 minutes. <br /> <br />"SCHEDULE D <br /> <br />"Rate: One cent for each 24 minutes. <br /> <br />"Maximum Parking Period: lO hours." <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
