<br />Task 8: Public Distribution Draft Document. Revise administrative draft plan document per <br />staff direction. Submit CD to City of Redwood City staff for printing; number of copies and <br />print costs for public distribution responsibility of City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Task 9: Public Hearings (2) - Assist City of Redwood City staff to present and review the <br />Peninsula Park Precise Plan document at Planning Commission and City Council hearings. Assist <br />with responses to public comments. Note Council comments for final precise plan document. <br /> <br />Task 10: Final Master Plan Revisions - Per City Council and staff direction. Submit record CD <br />to City of Redwood City staff for printing; number of copies and print costs responsibility of <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Budget Estimate and Terms <br /> <br />Estimated cost for completion of Work Tasks described above is $25,000, including <br />administration, insurance, and reimbursable project costs. Estimated hours and costs for each <br />task by Bottomley Design & Planning are provided on the attached budget spreadsheet. Task <br />cost estimates are intended for budgeting and informational purposes only, and are not <br />intended for task-by-task contracting or invoicing. This is a time and materials project with a <br />guaranteed maximum fee for completion of all Work Tasks as described herein.
