<br />3) Revised Base/Area, General Plan and Zoning Maps - Revise Marina Shores base maps to be <br />consistent with Peninsula Park precise plan area. <br /> <br />Task 3: Community Meeting (#1). Assist Redwood City staff to prepare a powerpoint review <br />of the Bayfront planning context, and if appropriate a comparative review of the Marina Shores <br />and initial Peninsula Park development proposals. <br /> <br />Task 4: Staff/Applicant Meetings (#2, #3). Review comments and direction from Community <br />Meetings; discuss potential modifications to the development proposal and precise plan. <br /> <br />Task 5: Comparative Precise Plan Revisions Summary. <br /> <br />1) Updated Precise Plan Changes List/Table - fill in changes as applicable. <br /> <br />2) Revised Policy Maps/Figures - as applicable <br /> <br />3) Staff/Applicant Meeting (#4) - Review Revisions Summary; note modifications. Review format <br />for PC/ARC study session. <br /> <br />Task 6: Attend PC / ARC Study Session - Assist staff to review basic content of Precise Plan <br />based on Community Meetings input and staff/applicant discussions; present Comparative <br />Precise Plan Revisions Summary. Note community PC, ARC, and community comments and <br />concerns. <br /> <br />Task 7: Administrative Draft Peninsula Park Precise Plan Document/Booklet. The Peninsula <br />Park Precise Plan will be a concise, graphically-oriented document based on the Marina Shores <br />Village Precise Plan. <br /> <br />1) Revise Text and Graphics - from the Marina Shores plan: <br /> <br />a - Chapter I. Background, Issues & Goals <br />b - Chapter II. Development Standards & Design Guidelines <br />c - Chapter III. Circulation, Transportation, & Capital Improvements <br />d - Chapter IV. Implementation <br />e - Appendices - including revised standards/guidelines reference guide and project <br />conditions <br />f - Additional Photos, Sketches and Diagrams - as needed <br /> <br />2) Document Layout / Forrrultting / Editing - Revise and format text and photos, plans, sketches, <br />and map/diagrams as needed. The Peninsula Park Precise Plan document will be 8-1/2" x 11 ", <br />landscape format, black-and-white and color, with text and graphics formatted in <br />PageMaker/InDesign. <br /> <br />3) Staff/Applicant Review Meeting - Review admin draft text and graphics and note changes, <br />modifications, and/or additions needed. It is assumed City staff will supply mark-up copies to <br />BDP for review prior to the meeting.
