Any artifacts discovered during excavation <br /> <br />shall be handled by a qualified archaeologist <br /> <br />and turned over immediately to a government <br /> <br />agency, to insure that they will be made <br /> <br />available for public display. <br /> <br />c. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings.
