<br />CWM:djm <br /> <br />/28/90 RD-7/27) <br /> <br />of the rationale for each finding before a public agency shall <br />approve or carry out a project for which an EIR has been <br />completed which identifies one or more significant environmental <br />effects of the project; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code <br />requires the Agency to adopt a reporting and monitoring program <br />to ensure minimal impact resulting from the redevelopment <br />process; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE'CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />A. CEQA FINDINGS AND ESTABLISHING A REPORTING AND MONITORING <br />PROGRAM. <br />The City Council and the Agency, in their respective <br />capacities of responsible agency and lead agency under CEQA, make <br />the following findings in compliance with Section 21081 of the <br />Public Resources Code, and the Agency adopts a reporting and <br />monitoring program relative to mitigation of significant <br />environmental effects as identified in the Final EIR pursuant to <br />Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code. For each of the <br />significant environmental effects identified in the EIR, the City <br />Council and the Agency find as follows and have determined the <br />following facts to support each finding: <br />1. LAND USE PLANS AND POLICIES. <br />a. Significant Effects. The Project would not comply <br />with zoning ordinance requirements for front <br />setbacks, parking and loading and refuse areas. <br /> <br />b. Findings. The Agency has determined that a <br />Planned Development Permit (PD) will be sought for <br />2 <br /> <br />11265 <br />
