<br />CES:djk 04/04/90 (046/26) <br /> <br />engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, <br />construction, and all other applicable fees and charges. <br />Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of <br />its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands <br />and agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate <br />and agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br />services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br />by the City Collector. <br />(f) Before the release of said parcel map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "441 Redwood Avenue <br />88PM14 Improvements" and those certain specifications entitled <br />"City of Redwood City Standard Specifications, August 1974", <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br />the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br />and specifications according to which the abovementioned <br />improvements shall be constructed. <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br />of Parcel Map No. 88-14" (form dated 04/04/90), a copy of which <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />11264 <br />
