<br />EXHIBIT B <br />FCRNDLA FOR DETERMINING PAY INCREASES <br />FOR EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE PERIOD CO~MENCING <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1 991 <br /> <br />Effective with the first pay period beginning on or after <br /> <br />February 1, 1991, each worker shall receive a salary increase of <br /> <br />not less than four percent (4%). If the Consumer Price Index for <br /> <br /> <br />aI' Urban Consumers (San Francisco/Oakland) for January 1, 1990, <br /> <br />through December 31, 1990, is between 4% and 7%, salaries shall <br /> <br /> <br />be increased by the amount of the increase in the index. If the <br /> <br />Consumer Price Index defined above is above 7%, salaries shal I be <br /> <br /> <br />increased by seven percent (7%). <br />
