<br />EXHIBIT C <br />FORMULA FOR DETERMINING PAY INCREASES <br />FOR EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE PERIOD CO~MENCING <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1992 <br /> <br />Effective with the first pay period beginning on or after <br /> <br />February 1. 1992. each worker shali receive a salary increase of <br /> <br />not less than four percent (q%). If the Consumer Price Index for <br /> <br /> <br />all Urban Consumers (San FranciscolOaklandl for January 1. 1991. <br /> <br />through December 31. 1991. is between q% and 7%. salaries shall <br /> <br />be increased by the amount of the increase in the index. If the <br /> <br /> <br />Consumer Price Index defined above is above 7%. salaries shall be <br /> <br /> <br />increased by seven percent (7%). <br />
