<br />CES:~;m 03/21/90 (034/27) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />MAR 2 6 1990 <br />Nol1253 <br /> <br />fl" fj ~. {~ f ~~, ~ <br />U",~~:.," <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />(THE HUMAN RACE - 1990) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Volunteer Center of <br /> <br />San Mateo County for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> <br />connection wi th the Human Race - 1990 on May 12, 1990, in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br /> <br />public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br /> <br />to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />t 1253> <br />
