('~.' ,H~ .~. f\ 1 <br />l\ 'lli~ih_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF WATER AND <br />SEWER RATE STUDY <br /> <br />(KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement <br /> <br />Water and Sewer Rate Study", (form dated 03/26/90R) by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California, <br /> <br />and Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton, <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />providing an <br /> <br />expanded <br /> <br />scope <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />corresponding compensation relating to said water and sewer rate <br /> <br />study, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, marked <br /> <br />Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
