<br />DES:dj~ 03/14/90 <br /> <br />(043/26) <br /> <br />aforesaid application for a reimbursement agreement, the <br /> <br />inclusion or exclusion of any property within the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />benefit area, the costs of the Improvements, the Excess Costs, <br /> <br /> <br />the amount of the proposed Reimbursement Charge with respect to <br /> <br /> <br />any benefited property, the formula or formulae upon which the <br /> <br />proposed Reimbursement Charge is based and the amount or the <br /> <br /> <br />extent of the supplemental size, capacity, number or length of <br /> <br />the proposed Improvements with respect to which the Reimbursement <br /> <br /> <br />Charge is proposed to be collected; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on Monday, March 19, 1990, at a regular meeting of <br /> <br /> <br />this Council, said hearing was held and written protests were not <br /> <br /> <br />made by Owners of more than one-half (1/2) of the area of the <br /> <br /> <br />property in the proposed benefit area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the Developer's <br /> <br /> <br />application for a reimbursement agreement, and to provide for the <br /> <br /> <br />funding of the construction of the Improvements pursuant to said <br /> <br />agreement and the Ordinance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Developer's application for a reimbursement <br /> <br />agreement relating to the construction of the Improvements is <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Any and all protests relating to the matters specified <br /> <br /> <br />in Section 18.217 of the Ordinance shall be, and are hereby, <br /> <br />overruled. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />.,<" L (, <br />
