The benefit area, the formula or formulae for the <br /> <br /> <br />apportionment of benefits, the Excess Costs, and the <br /> <br />Reimbursement Charge all as set forth in the Report on file in <br /> <br /> <br />the office of the Director of Community Development, to which <br /> <br /> <br />Report reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br /> <br />are, and said Report is, hereby approved. The benefit area and <br /> <br />the Reimbursement Charge in effect during each year of the term <br /> <br /> <br />of the agreement hereby approved, are set forth in Exhibits "B" <br /> <br />and "c" hereof, respectively, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />4. That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement - Water System Improvements (Lakeview Pressure Zone)" <br /> <br /> <br />(form dated 03/14/90), by and between Developer and the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, providing for the funding of the construction of <br /> <br /> <br />the Improvements pursuant to the Ordinance, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br />
