<br />DES:d~ 03/01/90 (041/26) <br /> <br />existing water system in the Lakeview pressure zone, and <br /> <br />appurtenances thereto (the "Improvements"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Community Development has caused to <br /> <br /> <br />be prepared the report described in Section 18.212 of the <br /> <br />Ordinance (the "Report"); <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby declares its intention to construct <br /> <br /> <br />the Improvements pursuant to the provisions of Article XIII <br /> <br /> <br />(commencing with ~18.200) of the Ordinance, to enter into a <br /> <br />Reimbursement Agreement with the Applicant and to establish a <br /> <br />Reimbursement Charge which shall be collected from the OWners of <br /> <br /> <br />Benefited Property at such time as such OWners apply for a permit <br /> <br />or other entitlement to connect to, obtain access to or use the <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements to be so constructed, or which otherwise shall be <br /> <br /> <br />imposed as a condition of issuance of a building permit, use <br /> <br /> <br />permit, planned development permit or other entitlement for the <br /> <br />use or development of such Benefited Property. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Benefited Properties are more particularly <br /> <br />described in the Report on file in the office of the Director of <br /> <br /> <br />Community Development, to which Report reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof. The Benefit Area is shown on <br /> <br />that certain plat marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this <br /> <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
