The proposed schedule <br /> <br /> <br />of Charges, per connection, is attached hereto, marked Exhibit <br /> <br />"B", and by this reference incorporated herein. The formulae, <br /> <br /> <br />calculations, and the Charge are more specifically set forth in <br /> <br />the Report, reference to which is hereby made for such <br /> <br /> <br />information. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Monday, March 19, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., or as <br /> <br />soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Board of <br /> <br /> <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br /> <br /> <br />Street, Redwood City, California, is the date, time and place set <br /> <br /> <br />for hearing any and all protests to the granting of the <br /> <br /> <br />application for the Reimbursement Agreement referenced herein, <br /> <br />the inclusion or exclusion of any property wi thin the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />Benefit Area, the Costs of the Improvements, the Excess Costs, <br /> <br />the amount of the proposed Reimbursement Charge with respect to <br /> <br />any Benefited Property, the formula or formulae upon which the <br /> <br /> <br />proposed Reimbursement Charge is based and the amount or extent <br /> <br /> <br />of the supplemental size, capacity, number or length of the <br /> <br /> <br />proposed Improvements with respect to which the Reimbursement <br /> <br /> <br />Charge is proposed to be collected. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11237 <br />
