DES:d~. 03/01/90 (041/26) of the Improvements shall be borne by the Applicant and 85% of said Costs shall constitute the Excess Costs which shall be reimbursable to the Applicant, and (ii) the Excess Costs shall be divided by the number of potential water service connections to the Improvements for the Benefited Properties over the term of the Reimbursement Agreement to determine the Charge for each such connection for the Benefited Properties. The proposed schedule of Charges, per connection, is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and by this reference incorporated herein. The formulae, calculations, and the Charge are more specifically set forth in the Report, reference to which is hereby made for such information. 4. Monday, March 19, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is the date, time and place set for hearing any and all protests to the granting of the application for the Reimbursement Agreement referenced herein, the inclusion or exclusion of any property wi thin the proposed Benefit Area, the Costs of the Improvements, the Excess Costs, the amount of the proposed Reimbursement Charge with respect to any Benefited Property, the formula or formulae upon which the proposed Reimbursement Charge is based and the amount or extent of the supplemental size, capacity, number or length of the proposed Improvements with respect to which the Reimbursement Charge is proposed to be collected. 3 11237
