The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Installation of a New <br /> <br />Heating and Cooling System (HVAC) at the Veterans Memorial <br /> <br /> <br />Theatre", by and between the City of Redwood City and Thermal <br /> <br />Mechanical, of Santa Clara, California, (form dated 02/20/90) for <br /> <br /> <br />the performance of said work in accordance with the <br /> <br /> <br />above-mentioned bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid of Thermal Mechanical, ,of <br /> <br /> <br />Santa Clara, California, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the above-mentioned materials, other than <br /> <br />the bid of Thermal Mechanical, of Santa Clara, California, are <br /> <br />hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
