<br />DES:d~ Ol/17/90 <br /> <br />(Ol4/39) <br /> <br />Ex hi bit '/ A" <br /> <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT TO USE SPACE <br /> <br />(Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site) <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 11213 <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted January 22 <br /> <br />, 1990, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City (hereinafter called "City"), hereby <br /> <br />grants to FERMA Corporation, (hereinafter called "Permittee") <br /> <br />whose address is l265 Montecito, #200, Mountain View, California, <br /> <br />94042, permission to use the hereinafter described space or area <br /> <br />owned by City commencing upon the date, for the monthly fee, and <br /> <br />to be used for the purpose or purposes hereinafter specified, and <br /> <br />subj ect to all of the <br /> <br />terms, <br /> <br />conditions and agreements <br /> <br />hereinafter set forth: <br /> <br />(a) The property permitted to be used hereunder is that <br />certained fenced tract of land comprised of the lands <br />formerly occupied by City's wastewater treatment plant <br />located in the vicinity of the northeasterly terminus <br />of Maple Street in the City of Redwood City, California <br />(the "Subject Premises"). <br /> <br />(b) Use of the Subject Premises shall commence upon <br />February 1, 1990, on a month-to-month basis, terminable <br />pursuant to paragraph 2 hereinafter. <br /> <br />(c) The monthly permit fee payable hereunder is One <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), payable in advance on or <br />before the first day of each month during which this <br />permit remains in effect. <br /> <br />(d) The specific portion or portions of the Subject <br />Premises to be used by Permittee hereunder shall be <br />designated by, and at such location or locations, as <br />City's Director of General Services shall determine as <br />adequate and sufficient for the purposes for which the <br />Subject Premises is occupied and subject to City's <br />right to relocate Permittee's equipment pursuant to <br />paragraph 3 hereof; provided, further, that in no event <br />shall Permittee occupy or use any portion of the <br />Subject Premises designated by said Director as <br />wetlands and/or excluded from use by fencing. <br /> <br />(e) The Subject Premises shall be used solely for the <br />purpose of storing Permittee's construction equipment. <br /> <br />j 1 ;;t13 <br />
