<br />DES:d:' Ol/17/90 <br /> <br />(014/39) <br /> <br />the operation and maintenance of the equipment to be stored on <br /> <br /> <br />the Subject Premises pursuant hereto and safety contained within <br /> <br /> <br />said equipment. <br /> <br />Without limitation upon the foregoing, Permittee shall, at <br /> <br /> <br />Permittee1s sole cost and expense, immediately remove and <br /> <br /> <br />properly dispose of any and all hazardous wastes, materials, or <br /> <br />other things or objects prohibited hereunder which may have been <br /> <br /> <br />deposited in, upon or over the Subject Premises arising from <br /> <br />Permi ttee' s use and occupancy thereof. In the event any such <br /> <br /> <br />hazardous materials, wastes, or other prohibited thing or object <br /> <br />is deposited on the Subject Premises by Permittee, or is <br /> <br /> <br />otherwise so deposited from Permittee's use and occupancy <br /> <br /> <br />thereof, Permittee shall immediately notify City's Director of <br /> <br /> <br />General Services of such event, and shall, as aforesaid, <br /> <br /> <br />immediately commence removal thereof. Said removal shall be <br /> <br /> <br />subject to the requirements of said Director of General Services, <br /> <br />and the Subject Premises shall be restored to a condition <br /> <br /> <br />substantially conforming to that existing prior to the occupancy <br /> <br /> <br />thereof by Permittee. <br /> <br />11. NONTRANSFERRABLE. This permit is nontransferable, and <br /> <br /> <br />Permittee shall not, voluntarily or involuntarily, assign, <br /> <br /> <br />hypothecate, encumber or transfer any interest in said permit, or <br /> <br />in or to the Subject Premises; nor shall Permittee permit the use <br /> <br />of the Subject Premises in any manner whatsoever by others. <br /> <br />l2. NO LIENS. Permittee shall keep the Subject Premises, <br /> <br /> <br />and any improvements, facilities, or equipment of City, or of <br /> <br />others, located thereon, free and clear from any liens arising <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />11213 <br />
