<br />Historic Courthouse Landscape Renovation <br />Scope of Services <br />November 14, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />PHASE 2 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Note: The following Scope of Services is based on an estimated construction budget not to <br />exceed $100,000. <br /> <br />2.01 Meetings: Attend a total of two (2) meetings to coordinate work in progress with the <br />Engineering and/or Planning Department(s), discuss City's comments on progress <br />submittals and to review project budget and schedule. <br /> <br />2.02 70% Submittal: Prepare 70% complete construction documents (AutoCAD) and <br />specifications per City's format. Plan will include a Demolition and Site Construction <br />Plan, Irrigation Plan, Planting Plan, Construction Details sheets and City of Redwood <br />City's standard details - (3-5) sheets of plans total. <br /> <br />2.03 95% Submittal: Incorporate comments from previous submittal and prepare 95% <br />complete construction documents and specifications per City's format. <br /> <br />2.04 100% Submittal: Incorporate comments from previous submittals and prepare 100% <br />complete construction documents and specifications per City's format. <br /> <br />2.05 Final Cost Estimate: Prepare final estimate of probable project costs in an itemized <br />estimate and a construction estimate in bid form format. <br /> <br />Fee................................................................................ ................................. ...$7,800 <br /> <br />PHASE 3 - BIDDING & CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />3.01 Pre-construction meeting: Attend a pre-construction meeting with selected contractor <br />to address any questions or issues with City and contractor. <br /> <br />3.02 Submittals/Contractor RFI's: Review required submittals and respond to RFI's on an <br />"as needed" basis during project construction. <br /> <br />3.03 Construction Review: Conduct four site visits during construction to review the <br />contractor's conformance to the plans and specifications or to address any field <br />changes. <br /> <br />FEE............................... ......... ...................... ........... ..hourly as requested by the City <br />
