Construction Documentation <br />1. 95% Submittal Package - Three sets of bond drawings and bound project manuals <br />2. Bid Submittal Package - One set of signed bond drawings and electronic copy of project <br />manual <br />3. Meeting Agendas and Reports <br /> <br />B. Construction Administration <br />1. Submittal Responses <br />2. RFI responses <br />3. Change Order and Product Substitution Evaluations <br />4. Site Observation Reports <br />5. Punch Lists <br />6. One Mylar set of As-Built record drawings <br /> <br />PROJECT TIMELlNE <br />For the purpose of this proposal, we propose the following timeline: <br /> <br />Construction Documentation: <br />95% submittal package: <br />Bid submittal package: <br /> <br />Six Weeks <br />Three Weeks <br /> <br />The above timeline does not include review times by the City. <br /> <br />CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES <br />In order to complete the items described in Scope of Services above, we request the City to provide the <br />following information. <br /> <br />A. Guidelines and Requirements <br />1. City/County codes, ordinances, and policies. <br />2. Development and maintenance practice guidelines. <br /> <br />B. Project and Site Information <br />1. Any available construction or record drawings of the existing fields. <br />2. Digital aerial photographs (already received). <br />3. Ground Topographic Survey in AutoCAD 2000 (or more recent version). <br />4. Utility survey of existing utilities and irrigation system - potholing as required in specific areas <br />as requested by our office. <br />5. Geotechnical investigation and report to enable design of the synthetic turf surface and any <br />required structural items. <br />6. Other pertinent data including water source, controller location, power source, site grading, and <br />any specific owner requests regarding field design and maintenance. <br />7. Program use criteria by the City user groups, including interscholastic use as applicable. <br /> <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />A. Without attempting to be all-inclusive and for purposes of clarity, the following items are specifically <br />not included in the Scope of Services: <br />1.
