Bid / Back Check Submittal Package <br />a) Review 95% submittal comments and coordinate for bid. <br />b) Make revisions to drawings, specifications, and cost estimate to incorporate <br />comments. <br />c) Final Redline and Review Quality Control (QC). <br />d) Develop Comprehensive Bid Form (at City request) for detailed bidding. <br />e) Submittal Preparation and coordination. <br />f) Submit one set of vellum drawings to City and one set of specifications (in <br />electronic format) for bid packaging. <br />3. Project Administration as required to coordinate work. <br /> <br />B. Construction Administration: beals alliance proposes to provide the following scope once <br />signed bidding documents are provided to the City: <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />a. Contact potential bidders <br />b. Coordinate bidding with the City. <br />c. Administer and attend site-walk and pre-bid meeting. <br />d. Coordinate and respond to contractor questions during the bid period. <br />e. Preparation of addendum as necessary. <br />2. Construction Phase (based on the two fields built simultaneously) <br />a. Attend pre-construction site-walk meeting. <br />b. Process and coordinate submittals and shop drawings. <br />c. Weekly construction meetings (up to 14 total) with the contractor, design team, and City. <br />d. Regular observation and review as required, considering weather and construction <br />practice. Observation Reports will be provided. We will provide up to twenty four (24) <br />observation visits (to either site) for the project. <br />e. RFI coordination and processing. <br />f. Change Orders evaluation. <br />g. Substitution request evaluation. <br />h. General administration and coordination. <br />i. Respond to City requests. <br />j. Complete a substantial completion walk through for each field and generate a punch list for <br />each field area. <br />3. Project Close-out <br />a. Review record drawings for utilities. <br />b. Final walk through and punch list for our scope of work. <br />c. Warranty evaluation and M&O documentation for our scope of work. <br />d. Close project and organize electronic files, plans and construction binder. <br />e. Enter into AutoCAD drawings the contractor-provided modifications as indication on record <br />drawings on Mylar prints. <br />4.
