Water system improvement projects <br /> <br />proposed under the Second Amendment should be <br /> <br />designed and constructed in compliance with all <br /> <br />criteria and standards established by the Redwood <br /> <br />City Community Development Department, the Redwood <br /> <br />ci ty Fire Department and the California Waste Water <br /> <br />Standards. <br /> <br />The City should continue to impose its <br /> <br />Water Conservation Ordinance during the periods of <br /> <br />severe drought to maximize the use of the City's <br /> <br />water allocation from the <br /> <br />San Francisco Water <br /> <br />Department's Hetch Hetchy Aqueduct System, and to <br /> <br />conserve the City's finite water resources. <br /> <br />3. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings. These <br /> <br />measures are already part of Redwood City's practice <br /> <br />regarding water supply. <br /> <br />4.
