Intersection - specific and area-wide <br /> <br />traffic flow improvements should be specified for <br /> <br />future real estate development projects. Air Quality <br /> <br />impacts could be reduced to insignificant levels by <br /> <br />implementation of the following measures: <br /> <br />a. Sprinkle unpaved areas with water at least <br /> <br />two times per day. <br /> <br />b. Cover stock piles with soil and other <br /> <br />such materials. <br /> <br />c. Sweep surrounding street at least once per <br /> <br />day. <br /> <br />d. Avoid unnecessary idling of construction <br /> <br />vehicles and equipment and maintain <br /> <br />periodically. <br /> <br />e. Cover truck bed hauling soil and other such <br /> <br />materials. <br /> <br />f. Paving and planting should be done as soon as <br /> <br />possible. <br /> <br />3.
