NOISE <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Significant <br /> <br />Effects. <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Amendment Area would result in increased short term <br /> <br />noise levels of up to 90 dba within 1600 feet of <br /> <br />receptors. <br /> <br />2. Findings. Undesirable noise levels during the <br /> <br />construction phase of the Redevelopment of the <br /> <br />Amendment Area shall be mitigated by limiting <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />activities <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />daylight <br /> <br />hours. <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />equipment <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />muffled <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />controlled. <br /> <br />Potential private sector development <br /> <br />shall be adequately insulated to avoid adverse noise <br /> <br />impact. <br /> <br />Any potential residential use must comply <br /> <br />with Title 24, Noise Installation Requirements. <br /> <br />3. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings. <br /> <br />Residential neighborhoods are located throughout the <br /> <br />Amendment Area and are near the locations where <br /> <br />infrastructure <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />anticipated <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />potential private development may occur. <br /> <br />4.
