<br />JAH:djm ll/l5/89 (l07/#25) <br /> <br />Redwood City Elementary School <br /> <br />Community College District, and <br /> <br /> <br />Education; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. <br /> <br /> <br />89-01, has presented to the Agency and to the City Council the <br /> <br />Final EIR for the Second Amendment, consisting of said Draft EIR, <br /> <br /> <br />the three sets of comments thereon, the Agency's responses <br /> <br /> <br />thereto, and the list of organizations and public agencies that <br /> <br />submitted comments on the Draft EIR, with its certification that <br /> <br /> <br />said Final EIR has been completed in compliance with CEQA; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Agency and the City Council have <br /> <br />reviewed and considered the information contained in the Final <br /> <br />District, San Mateo County <br />San Mateo County Office of <br /> <br />EIR in preparation for their making a decision regarding the <br />Second Amendment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />l. The Agency, in its capacity as the lead agency with <br />respect to the Second Amendment, hereby certifies that the Final <br />EIR has been completed in compliance with CEQA, and that the <br />Final EIR was presented to it's members and that it's members <br />reviewed and considered the information contained in the Final <br />EIR before approving said Second Amendment. <br />2. The City Council, in its capacity as a responsible <br />agency with respect to the Second Amendment, hereby certifies <br />that the Final EIR has been completed in compliance with CEQA, <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />II / t:7 <br />
