RULES AND REGULATIONS, PAGE 2 7. Definitions: Certified agricultural products are defined as flesh fruit, vegetables, honey, shell eggs, flowers, nuts, and nursery stock. It is required that a separate area is designated for non-agricultural products at a certified market. 8. Organic produce: Organic growers must be registered as an Organic Producer with the office of the County Agricultural Commissioner. 9.
