RULES AND REGULATIONS, PAGE 4 <br /> <br /> Permission may be granted only by an authorized market representative. <br /> Permission includes a specific location assignment within the market grounds to <br /> be selected in the sole discretion of an authorized representative of the market. <br /> <br /> Space rental fees are fixed by t he market operator and may change from time to <br /> time upon 30 days written notice. <br /> <br /> A market vendor may withdraw from parfcipation upon written notice to the <br /> market operator. <br /> <br /> Permission to participate as a market vendor may be evoked at any time upon 30 <br /> days written notice. <br /> <br /> Failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the market or any applicable <br /> government agency shall constitute cause to revoke permission without the <br /> necessity of 30 days written notice. <br /> <br /> <br />
