paragraph 18 hereof, is hereby acknowledged. Such deposit shall secure cost of <br />damage to landscaping and general maintenance of the Property to ensure that <br />the Property is adequatelY/cleaned upon completion of each Event. City may <br />use any part of said deposit for the repair of any and all damage caused to the <br />Property resulting from, or associated with, Permittee's Events, including the cost <br />of any clean-up activities which the City may incur. In the event all or any portion <br />of said deposit is used by the City for the foregoing purposes, Permittee shall <br />reimburse City for such use, such that the deposit shall remain at a balance of <br />$200.00 after such replenishment. Any part of said deposit which the City has <br />not used for the above-stated purposes shall be returned to Permittee upon <br />termination or revocation of this permit. <br /> <br /> 10. INSURANCE. Permittee shall acquire and maintain at all times <br />during the period in which this permit is effective, at Permittee's sole cost and <br />expense commercial general liability coverage, covedng City's risks in form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
