property damage and <br /> $2,000,000 aggregate <br /> (coverage required to the extent <br /> applicable to Permittee's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Permit, Permittee shall furnish City <br />with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the insurance <br />required hereunder, issued by carriers that are acceptable to the City and, with <br />respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability <br />insurance coverage, with odginal endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br /> notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class <br /> mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Permittee's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Permittee's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- <br /> insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> <br />F lshlredwoo~lcouncilGrant, l ~ 5 <br />FXS:djk <br />07225/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
