This Council hereby further declares its intention to <br />reserve a public service easement within the real property <br />proposed to be vacated, which real property is more particularly <br />described and depicted on Exhibit "B" hereof, attached hereto and <br />by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, February 22, 1999, <br />at the hour of 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may <br />be heard, in the Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood <br />City, California, is the time and place set for hearing all <br />persons interested in, or objecting to, the proposed vacation. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post <br />notice and to cause notice of the proposed vacation to be made in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 8323 of the California <br />Streets and Highways Code, and to cause publication and notice of <br />hearing (for two (2) successive weeks prior to the hearing <br />hereinabove set on the matter of vacating said portions of <br />Manzanita and Heller Streets) to be made in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 8322 of said Code. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 13548 <br /> <br /> <br />
