This could include general plan <br />and zoning amendments, etc. It should also describe the Precise Plan's role in the <br />development application and review process. <br />i) Illustrative Photos, Sketches, Etc - Photographs, diagrams, and map/diagrams as needed to <br />illustrate general building character, massing, and materials and additional sketches as <br />appropriate to illustrate creekside and streetscape/ frontage improvements. <br /> <br />The work will include two (2) public hearings, in addition to the review meetings. BDP will <br />submit a record CD to the City of Redwood City staff for City web site and for printing <br />purposes.
