Its affairs shall be governed by t~is Declaration, <br />the Articles, the By-Laws and the Rules ~f the ;~.sociation. In <br />the event that the Association as a corpora :e entit~is dissolved, <br />a non-profit, unincorporated associatio~ shall forthwith and <br />without further action or notice be fo=~,,e¢ to succeed to all the <br />rights and duties of the Association.
