ARTICLE VII <br /> <br /> USE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> in addition to all off the covenants contained herein, ths use of <br /> the property and each Lot therein is subject to the following: <br /> <br />(Section 1 Lot Use: No Lot shall be occuoied and used except for <br />residential purposes by the owners an~ their family mermbers, <br />%tenants, and social guests, and no trace or business shall be <br />'conducted therein, except that Declarant, his successors or <br />~assigns, may use any Lot owned by Declara]~t for a model home site <br />and display and sales office until th~ last Lot is sold by <br />Declarant. No tent, shack, trailerf basem,~nt, garage, outbuilding , <br />~or structure of a temporary character shall be used at any time as <br />ia residence~ either temporarily or pe=-a~n~ntly. <br /> <br /> Section 2 Nuisances: No noxious, illegal, or offensive activities <br /> shall be carried on in any Lot or residenc~ nor on any part of the <br /> property, nor shall anything be done the~ ach which may be or may <br /> become an annoyance or a nuisance to ox which may in any way <br /> interfere with the quiet enjoyment of ea¢~h of the owners of his <br /> respective Lot or which shall in any wa increase the rate of <br /> insurance for the project, or cause any ..nsurance policy to be <br /> canceled or to cause a refusal to renew ~policy, or which will <br /> impair the structural integrity of any building. <br /> <br /> Section ~ .... Vehicle..~d Parking. RestrictiOns: All parking arems <br /> shall be used solely for the parking of m~tor vehichles used for <br /> personal transportation. No boat, trailer, camper, <br /> commercial <br /> vehicle, mobile home, recreational vehicle or any inoperable <br /> vehicle shall be parked or stored in any ~arking area. Garages <br /> shall be kept sufficiently clear so as tol permit parking of the <br /> nklmber of vehicles for which the garage wa~ designed. <br /> <br /> Co~uercial vehicles shall not include sedans or standard size <br /> pickup trucks which are 'used both for busiress and personal use. <br /> <br /> Parking within the project shall be permi :ted within designated <br /> locations only. The Common Area shall be so posted.
