Section 12 Drainage: There shall b~ n ~ interference with the <br />established drainage pattern over any ot within the project, <br />unless an adequate alternative provisl~)n is ~ade for proper <br />drainage and is first approved in writi~g by the Architectural <br /> . "established drainage" is <br />Committee For the purposes hereof, <br />defined as the drainage which exists at t]~e time that such Lot is <br />conveyed to a purchaser from Declarant, o~ that which is shown on <br />any plans approved by the Architectural Committee or the Board, and <br />which may include drainage from the CommOn Area over any Lot or <br />Lots within the project. Each Owner shalllhave the responsibility <br />to keep clear from rubbish and d~bris alll catch basins which are <br />located on the Lots unless such responsib .lity is assumed by the <br />Association. <br /> <br />Section 13 Hazardous Materials: Storage o~ any material which may <br />be considered hazardous (excepting reason~ le ~unounts of paint and <br />fuel for power tool use upon the lots) in=luding but not limited <br />to, flammable, corrosive and poisonous material, on any portion of <br />the project, is prohibited. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE VIII <br /> <br /> ARCHITECTURAL CONTRO~ <br /> <br />Section 1 Committee Approval Required: A~y Owner who wishes to <br />make any alteration or addition which will affect the exterior of <br />his Residence or Lot, or alteration of any ~ront-yard landscaping, <br />is required to obtain the written approva4 of the Architectural <br />Control Committee (consisting of three persons appointed by the <br />Board or if no appointments, the Board si all be the Committee) <br />pursuant to this Article, prior to making any such alteration or <br />addition. <br /> <br />Any modifications or additions to the ho~ es, fences, walls, or <br />other structures within the project shall be subject to the written <br />approval of the Architectural Control C~,a,ht:ee, and if applicable, <br />the City of Redwood City and/or County of an Mateo. <br /> <br />Any Owner who makes an alteration or addi'ion without the prior <br />approval of the Board shall be deemed to b,~ in violation of this <br />Declaration; and the Board (or Architectural Control Committee), <br />upon its own mmtion, shall notify the O~ner in writing of the <br /> <br /> <br />
