the Architectural Control committee shall apply to such Committee <br />for approval by notifying the Architectu~al Control Co,~=~ttee of <br />the nature of the proposed work in writing and furnishing such <br />information ~ the Committee may require <br /> <br />Section. 6 Approval: All approvals shall i~e in writing, provided, <br />however, that any request for approval nc t rejected within sixty <br />(60) days from the date of submission therefor to the Architectural <br />Control Committee shall be deemed approve([. <br /> <br />.Section 7 Liability: Neither the Archite(:tural Control Committee <br />nor any membe~ thereof shall be liable to the A~sociation or to <br />any Lot Owner for any dsnmage, loss or preju ~ce suffered or claimed <br />on account oS: (a) the approval or disl~pproval of any plans, <br />drawings and specifications, whether or not defective, (b) the <br />construction Or performance of any work, wh,~ther or not pursuant to <br />approved plan~, drawings and specifications, (c) the development of <br />any property ~thin the Project, or (d) the execution and filing <br />of an estoppe~ certificate, whether or ncr the facts therein are <br />correct; provided, however, that such m~mber has acted in good <br />faith on the b~is of such information as ~ my be possessed by him. <br /> <br />Section 8 Appeals: Decisions of the Architectural Control <br />Committee may be appealed to the Board of Directors in writing. <br />Such appeals must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of the <br />decision. <br /> <br /> 34 <br /> <br /> <br />
