4/02 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14409 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF MARIE LA <br /> ROCCA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS: APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br /> DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedication of easements) <br />described therein entitled "Marie La Rocca Estates Subdivision" (the "Subdivision"), <br />prepared by Smith Randlett Foulk & Stock, Inc., and the Improvement Plans prepared <br />by Smith Randlett Foulk & Stock, Inc., Consulting Civil Engineers and consultants for <br />La Rocca & Turner Development, LLC, a California limi.ted liability company, the owner <br />of record of the Subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming <br />to the tentative map for the Subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City <br /> ("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean <br /> the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the <br /> Subdivision) of the Subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br /> subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br /> for improvement of Marie La Rocca Estates Subdivision" (the "Agreement"), <br /> <br /> F:Atty/Reso/Reso. 1269 ] <br /> <br /> <br />2002-020671
