· <br /> <br />wherein Owner, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in the Agreement, all <br />improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City, being the subd vson regulations of the City, and <br />such other improvements designated or mentioned in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner <br />shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or certificate of deposit <br />described in Section 66499, et seq., of the Government Code, securing the <br />faithful performance of all work and construction of all improvements designated <br />or mentioned in the Agreement, within the time therein specified, in the amount <br />of Four Hundred Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($425,000.00); and <br />Owner shall also furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a bond or certificate <br />of deposit described in Government Code section 66499, et seq., securing the <br />payment by Owner of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction <br />of all improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by <br />Owner, in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 <br />Dollars ($425,000.00). Owner shall have prepared complete "as built" plans for <br />said improvements prior to the release of said bond or certificate of deposit. <br /> <br /> c) Before the release of said bond or certificate of deposit by City, <br /> Owner shall undertake to guarantee for one (1) year the workmanship and <br /> rnaterials of all work construction of all improvements designated or mentioned <br /> in the Agreement. After the release of said final; map but before acceptance of <br /> the improvements by City, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
