'%4ember" means and. refers to those lot owners who are members of the Association pursuant to Article Iii hereof. 14. "Mortgage" means a deed of trust as ell as a mortgage. 15. "Mortgagee" means a beneficiary und~ or holder of a deed of trust as well as a mortgage. 16. "Owner" or "Owners" mean the record o~ ncr or owners, whether one or more persons or entities, of a fee simple title to a lot, and a contract vendee of a Lot, but excluding any person or entity having such interest merely as security fcr the perfoz-mmnce of an obl i ga ti on. 17. "Project" and "Property" means the entire parcel of real property described above, and such additicns thereto as may later be brought within the jurisdiction of the Association. 18.
