A <br />typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />Three years of responsible administrative experience in community <br />development, housing programs, or a related field. <br /> <br />Education: <br /> <br />Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or <br />university in planning or a related field. Coursework in real <br />estate, development, and financing is desirable. <br /> <br />License or Certificate <br /> <br />Possession of a valid California Driver's License. <br />
