The permit so issued shall specify the exact time, place <br /> <br /> <br />and manner in which the events therein permitted may be <br /> <br />conducted. The permit shall be in a form substantially similar <br /> <br />to that set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />3.
