Section 2 of the aforesaid Resolution No. 8227 is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2. Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Work. <br /> <br />An applicant who wishes to perform plumbing, electrical, or <br /> <br />mechanical work only is required to obtain a separate permit <br /> <br />for each construction activity. <br /> <br />No such permit shall be <br /> <br />issued unless the applicant complies with the provisions of <br /> <br />the Contractors License Law and of Section 3800 of the Labor <br /> <br />Code regarding workers' compensation insurance certifi- <br /> <br />cation. <br /> <br />"An applicant shall pay a plan review fee (where <br /> <br />required) and a permit fee to the Building Official for each <br /> <br />permit required. The plan review fee shall be paid prior to <br /> <br />the plan review by the City. <br /> <br />The permit fee shall be <br /> <br />submitted prior to the issuance of the permit for the <br /> <br />aforementioned construction activities." <br /> <br />3. This Council does hereby adopt those fees set forth in <br /> <br />Table No.3-A, labeled "Building Permit and Inspection Fees"; <br /> <br />Table No. 3-B, labeled "Mechanical Permit Fees"; Table No. 3-C, <br /> <br />labeled "Plumbing Permit Fees"; and Table No. 3-D, labeled <br /> <br />"Electrical Permit Fees", all of which are attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />4.
