RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING SAN MATEO COUNTY LOCAL <br /> AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION APPROVAL OF <br /> PROPOSED WATER SERVICE EXTENSION <br /> <br /> (APN 057-202-070 & 057-212-190) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of property located at 535 Summit Drive <br />(designated by Assessor's Parcels No. ["APN"] 057-202-070 & 057-212-190) (the <br />"Property") has applied to the City of Redwood City ("City") for connection of the <br />Property to the City's potable water service system; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is located in the unincorporated area of San <br />Mateo County within the City's existing water service area. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 56133 the San <br />Mateo County Local Agency Formation Commission is hereby requested to <br />approve connection of the Property to the City's existing potable water service <br />system; provided, that said request is made without prejudice to contest the <br />applicability of said Section with respect to properties located within the City's <br />existing water service area in the unincorporated area of said County. <br /> <br />F:Atty/ResolReso. 1290 1 <br />031502 <br /> <br /> <br />
