2. Paragraph 8 of the Permit is hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "8. EVENTS; TIME LIMITATIONS. Events authorized <br /> hereunder shall be held on Saturday commencing in the <br /> month of April and ending in the month of November each <br /> year, so long as this permit shall be in effect. The hours of <br /> operation shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m." <br /> <br /> 3.
