As part of this task, CH2M HILL will prepare a memorandum to the City listing the <br /> recommended changes to the Draft Specific Plan based on the DEIR impact analysis and <br /> proposed mitigation measures. This memorandum will be submitted concurrent with <br /> submittal of the ADFEIR. City staff may use the memorandum in preparation of its staff <br /> report to the Planning Commission for adoption of the Specific Plan. <br /> <br /> Deliverables: 10 copies of ADFEIR; memorandum on Draft Specific Plan changes. <br /> <br /> Task 5: Prepare Final EIR <br /> <br />City staff will review the ADFEIR for adequacy and provide CH2M HILL with <br />recommended changes. CH2M HILL will incorporate comments and changes, and submit <br />two copies of a Screencheck Final EIR (FEIR), including a revised MMP if necessary, for <br />review and final comment prior to producing the FEIR. <br /> <br />We will produce 75 copies of the FEIR for distribution by the City. We assume the City will <br />distribute the FEIR a minimum of 10 days in advance of Planning Commission action on the <br />FEIR. City will be responsible for public notice of the hearings. This task assumes <br />attendance by a CH2M HILL staff person at one Planning Commission hearing and one City <br />Council hearing. City staff will be responsible for preparation of CEQA certification <br />resolution and necessary findings.
