<br />by residential and commercial establishments currently being <br />serviced by the city's services; and cancellation, and the <br />proposed alternate use, will not result in any large impact on the <br />City's services, change in dependency on City support, or require <br />the extension of municipal services to remote residential <br /> <br />enclaves. <br /> <br />d) The subject property is less than ~en (10) <br /> <br />acres in size and is not classified as "prime agricultural landll, <br /> <br />as documented by that certain hand-drawn map and those certain <br />agricultural descriptions prepared by the Half Moon Bay office of <br />the Soil Conservation Services, U.S. Department of Agriculture, <br />collectively labeled "Exhibit N", attached hereto and incorporated <br />by reference, and therefore is not large enough to sustain <br />agricultural uses which serve the public interest as set forth in <br />Government Code Section 51222. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) There is no proximate noncontracted land which is <br /> <br /> <br />both available and suitable for the use to which it is proposed <br /> <br /> <br />the contracted land be put. All non-contracted property of <br /> <br /> <br />approximately 6.5 acres MOL within a one-mile radius of the <br /> <br /> <br />subject property was researched. All such parcels researched were <br /> <br /> <br />either under development and not available for use or were so <br /> <br /> <br />limited in size such that they could not serve as a practical <br /> <br /> <br />alternative for the use which is proposed for the restricted land. <br /> <br /> <br />Alternatively, as described herein and more <br /> <br /> <br />particularly documented by those certain Redwood City Aerial <br /> <br />Pictures, number 17 and 18 of the Engineering Division of the <br /> <br />Redwood City Community Development Department, the development of <br /> <br />6 . <br />
