<br />the contracted land will provide a complete contiguous pattern of <br /> <br />urban development in contrast to development of proximate <br /> <br />noncontracted land. <br /> <br />C. This Council hereby determines and certifies that the <br /> <br />amount of the cancellation fee which shall be payable prior to <br /> <br />cancellation of said contract shall be Nineteen Thousand Seven <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty-nine and 00/100 Dollars ($19,759.00). <br /> <br />D. This Council does hereby tentatively approve the petition <br /> <br />to cancel the Williamson Act contract as previously described. <br /> <br />Such tentative cancellation shall be conditioned upon fulfillment <br /> <br />of the following requirements: <br /> <br />(a) Payment to the County Treasurer of a cancellation <br />fee in the amount of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Fifty-nine and 00/100 Dollars ($19,759.00); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(b) Payment to the City of Redwood City in the amount <br />of Three Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($300.00) <br />as an application fee to cover the expense of <br />administering the request for such cancellation. <br /> <br />E. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br /> <br />this resolution to the County Auditor, thereby certifying the <br /> <br />amount of the cancellation fee described in paragraph C hereof; <br /> <br />and further, to record in the Office of the County Recorder a <br /> <br />certificate of tentative cancellation pursuant to the requirements <br /> <br />of Government Code Section 51283.4. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />7 . <br />
