The year-end report will thus describe the framework for additional years of evaluation
that will address the issues of community impact and validating the model of
coordinated services, as well as a plan for streamlining the outcome evaluation in
subsequent years. The year-end report will also contain an outcomes evaluation based
on existing instruments and data-collection.

Evaluation reporting throughout will also aim to provide usable program feedback to
those implementing the RC2020 programs. The year-end report especially will be
designed to answer core questions and to delineate actionable next steps and
suggested program changes.

The report document will include several standalone reports:

. A report for the Sequoia Teen Resource Center;
. An outcomes report for the four elementary and middle schools that participate in
the Community Schools initiative; and
. A report of the community impact and validation of the coordinated services
model.

Evaluation in Subsequent Years

If LFA is chosen to continue as the RC2020 Community Schools and Teen Center
evaluator, by year two the chosen strategy for qualitative and quantitative data
collection will be in place. At the end of year two it is expected that the evaluation will be
able to specify community impact and validate the model. Along the way, LFA will
continue to work with RC2020 leadership and the advisory committee to ensure that the
evaluation is on track.

Agreement over $1 OK 12
City Attorney Approved Version 111803
